Advanced training to enhance your physique

An initial risk-free phone consultation with your coach, to go over your goals, discuss a quick draft of what your game plan will look like for you. This consultation is most likely going to be a video call so that your coach can see your current physique and assess to give you an accurate timeline of what you can expect.

4weeks of Personal Training, no auto-renewal fees, month to month training as requested.

2 check-ins per week with your preferred communication method (video calls, phone calls, email, chat… bring pic of your physique update and let your coach know how you want to connect.

24-hour turnaround response time during weekdays for your questions, 48-hour turnaround response time during weekends, with no restrictions on the amount of contact between you and your coach.

Weekly training log review with autoregulatory input/changes from the coach based on weekly performance.

Online or In-person training depending on your local gym, and if you are local to your coach’s place of residence.
